- Take the 2/3,4/5, M or R train to Court St./Borough Hall.

- Take the A/C or F train to Jay St./Borough Hall and walk toward the
  Court House and Court St. (about a 5-minute walk).

Payment Procedures and 
Insurance Reimbursement

Currently, I am not an in-network provider for any health insurance companies. Therefore, clients are responsible for payments. Private insurance companies may reimburse, at least in part, as out-of-network health care. I am happy to speak to insurance companies or fill out paperwork to help clients attain reimbursement. 

My fees vary. Please call and we can discuss an arrangement that works for both of us. 

Billing

Please bring a check or cash with you each week to the appointment. At the end of the month I will write you a receipt that can be used for insurance reimbursement if you wish. 

Cancellation Policy

I keep a strict 72-hour cancellation policy. Clients are expected to pay for meetings that are not canceled in advance. Weekends are not included in the 72 hours (e.g. a  Monday afternoon appointment must be canceled Wednesday afternoon).
